If you are searching for the perfect gift, then the ideal solution is the one you can choose yourself. Gift cards are available from the Customer Service Desk.
Westpoint Gift Cards can be purchased online and can be picked up from the Customer Service Desk in person by you or recipient. You can also nominate a specific person to pick up the gift card when you purchase via online or it can be conveniently sent to you or your loved one via registered post.
Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $20 to $500* and are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Eftpos and credit card facilities are available.
Please note: Westpoint Gift Cards are only redeemable at participating stores. For further information please contact Customer Service (02) 8825 2400 or view the individual store pages.
*Please note a $2.95 activation fee does apply per card and $6.50 postage fee applies per order for registered post (maximum of 2 gift cards per order).
Free WiFi
To connect, ensure WiFi on your device is enabled and select the available network profile 'Westpoint FREE WiFi'. Open your internet browser and follow the prompts.

Parents' Rooms
For your shopping convenience, Westpoint makes shopping with children easier with Parents' Rooms located throughout the Centre at the following locations:
- Level 1 Food Court
- Level 1 near Blacktown Growers
- Level 2 near Big W
- Level 3 Food Court
- Level 3 near Sussan
- Level 4 near Hoyts
Accessibility
Westpoint offers Disabled Car Park access at all major entries to the Shopping Centre. These are located at the following entrances:
- Level 1 Red Level car park: 9 parking bays
- Level 2 Green Level car park: 9 parking bays
- Level 3 Orange Level car park: 9 parking bays
- Roof Blue Level car park: 40 parking bays (11 out the front of Nando's, 29 in the Level 4 Taxi Area)
