WOTSO Student Offer: Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: 

1. Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to ACU students who present a valid student ID card at the time of booking or purchasing a Day Pass

    

2. Offer Validity: This offer is valid until 31st December 2025. After this date, the offer will expire, and regular pricing will apply.

    

3. Discount Details:

   Meeting Room Bookings: Students will receive a 50% discount on meeting room bookings.

   Day Pass Rate: The student rate for a Day Pass is $44/day/person (including GST), reduced from the usual price of $55/day/person (including GST).

    

4. Booking Requirements: The student discount applies only when a valid student ID card is presented at the time of the booking or upon arrival. The student must be the one making the booking.

    

5. Booking Times: 

   Day Pass: must be utilised during business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm

   Meeting Room Bookings: recommended booking times/days is as per noted above for Day Passes. Bookings outside of business hours will incur a staffing fee.

    

6. Non-transferable: This offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the student whose name appears on the valid student ID
   card.

    

7. Subject to Availability:
   The offer is subject to availability at the time of booking. Public Holiday dates are not available for bookings.

    

8. Booking Terms:
   All bookings are subject to the WOTSO’s standard booking terms and conditions.

    

9. Cancellation Policy:
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking start time, no refund will be issued, and the booking will be non-transferable.

    

10. Offer Cannot Be Combined:
    This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
